At Me 'n Mommy To Be, we want you to shop with confidence. Due to the unique nature of our one-of-a-kind inventory, most merchandise is final sale. However, we're pleased to offer returns on eligible online purchases of clothing and shoes as outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Eligible online purchases of clothing and shoes only may be returned within 14 days from the purchase date.

Please note that formal wear, holiday apparel, costumes, socks, and undergarments are final sale and are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must:

• Be in the same condition as when purchased.

• Have the original Me 'n Mommy To Be tags still attached.

• Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.

• Not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

For the health and satisfaction of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on items with odors, stains, holes, tears, pet hair, excessive signs of wear, missing tags, or any other condition that prevents them from being resold.

Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to purchaser.

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, Me n Mommy To Be reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Unless otherwise stated, all merchandise other than eligible clothing and shoes is final sale.

Store Credit & Refunds

Approved returns will be issued as online store credit, which may be used toward any future purchase on our website or in-store.

If we shipped the incorrect item or an item was materially different from its online description, we'll gladly make it right by providing a replacement, online store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, as appropriate.

Return Locations and Policy

At Me 'n Mommy To Be, we strive to make returns as convenient as possible for our customers. Items that comply with our return policy can be returned to any Me 'n Mommy To Be store location during regular business hours. Alternatively, you can live chat with a support agent or email support@me-n-mommytobe.com, opens in a new tab with your name, order number, delivery date, and reason for return to request a Return Authorization (RA) number for mailing items back to our fulfillment center for store credit. Please note that returns by mail will not be accepted without an RA number.

Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was not as described or an error was made on our part. In such cases, Me 'n Mommy To Be may provide a pre-paid shipping label on a case-by-case basis. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be issued as an online store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the shipping carrier.

In-Store Purchase Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase you make at Me 'n Mommy To Be. If something isn't quite right, we are pleased to accept returns on clothing and shoes purchased in-store within 7 days of the purchase date.

Because our inventory is unique and changes daily, formal wear, holiday apparel, socks, and all sale or clearance merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

• Have the original Me 'n Mommy To Be tags attached.

• Be unworn and in the same condition as when purchased, free from odors, stains, tears, holes, excessive wear, or any other damage.

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future purchase. We are unable to provide cash or refunds to the original form of payment.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it reaches our sales floor. To help us maintain our quality standards, all returns are subject to inspection, and Me 'n Mommy To Be reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements. All return determinations are made at the sole discretion of Me 'n Mommy To Be.
