If a product is new, this will be clearly indicated. Otherwise, items are sold as gently used, offering significant savings. Online Purchase Return Policy
Returns: We are pleased to accept returns for online orders within 7 days of delivery or pickup, applicable only to clothing and shoes. Please note the following exceptions: formal wear, holiday apparel, costumes, socks, and undergarments are not eligible for returns. To process a return, ensure the item(s) include the original purchase receipt, retain the Me 'n Mommy To Be tags, and are in the same condition as when purchased. Items with odors, holes, rips, stains, or removed tags, as well as items used after delivery, will not be accepted for return.
Refunds: Accepted returns will be issued as an online store credit for use on our website. Cash or credit/debit card refunds are not available unless there was an error on our part or the item(s) received were inaccurately described. In such cases, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Me 'n Mommy To Be reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns. All other sales are final.
Return Locations and Policy
At Me 'n Mommy To Be, we strive to make returns as convenient as possible for our customers. Items that comply with our return policy can be returned to any Me 'n Mommy To Be store location during regular business hours. Alternatively, you can live chat with a support agent or email support@me-n-mommytobe.com with your name, order number, delivery date, and reason for return to request a Return Authorization (RA) number for mailing items back to our fulfillment center for store credit. Please note that returns by mail will not be accepted without an RA number.
Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was not as described or an error was made on our part. In such cases, Me 'n Mommy To Be may provide a pre-paid shipping label on a case-by-case basis. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be issued as an online store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the shipping carrier.
