Orders placed for in-store pickup are typically ready for pickup within 1 hour of placing order. We will notify you during fulfillment by either email or text (you choose at checkout) as soon as your order is prepared and ready for pickup. When checking out you will have the option to pick the day you would like to grab your order. In addition you may authorize at checkout someone other than yourself to collect the order for you. Your order # and a State Issued ID matching either the customer or the person you authorize to pickup the order is required to claim all orders.
All FREE in-store order pickups must be claimed within 48 hours (2 days) of order placement or our subject to our unclaimed order policy and will be accessed a 20% restocking fee.

99.8% of all orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Total shipping for an order is calculated at checkout and is based on number of products purchased, package size, weight and shipping location. We partner with all major shipping carriers to pass through to you the lowest shipping cost offered by the shipping carriers. Real-time order tracking is provided to all customers by your choice of email, text or both at no extra cost.

Setup is super easy, and the buckle system allows you to maintain the fit effortlessly.
- Optimal feeding position: Our U-shaped pillows have a dual-core foam (plush on top and firm on bottom) so you can flip them over depending on your need or stage; the firm side is ideal for newborns & new moms, while the plush side is great for older babies or bottle feeding. Plus, our U-shaped pillows can be stacked, staggered, or used individually to achieve the optimal height for breastfeeding at any stage (from 4-10 inches). Height is so important for a successful latch, as well as your ability to comfortably sustain the duration of the feed (and then repeat over and over day after day).
- Superior Support: Our Back Support pillow is 6 inches thick and made of extra-firm foam that retains its shape; it will not shift or slide out of position when fastened to the U-shaped pillow. Thick & firm back support is crucial for you to comfortably sit the entire duration of a feed and repeat numerous times a day.
